1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeline

Inside Dhaka City: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
Outside Dhaka (Anywhere in Bangladesh): Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service efficiency, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka City: Flat rate [BDT 60/=].
Dhaka Sub-area (Savar, Ashulia, Keranigonj model and south): Flat rate [BDT 100/=].
Outside Dhaka: Flat rate [BDT 110/=].
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details (if available).
You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or helpline.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to the provided address.
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within Bangladesh.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take extra care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos.
In rare cases of lost packages, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
